Please read carefully the Hotel policies mentioned below

Pre-authorization

Pre-authorization is Cromwell Crown procedure for checking the validity of your credit/debit card. The Hotel won't charge your credit/debit card but your bank will hold the amount of the first night for 10-15 working days. The amount will be released by your bank automatically, if not, you will need to contact your bank.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your reservation before 48hours prior to arrival no extra fees will be charged.
If you would like to cancel your reservation within 48hours prior to arrival, Cromwell Crown will charge the amount of the first night.

No show

In case of no show (when you have made a reservation but neither cancelled it nor arrived to the Hotel) Cromwell Crown will charge the amount of the first night.
