Friendly staff, good location. I stayed in a Single Economy, just a little bit small but very comfortable and cheap!!!

I stayed in Cromwell Crown Hotel for New Year's Eve, I spent 3 nights in the Junior Suite, a new refurbished room, really beautiful. I booked directly on their website the promotion for Christmas and me and my boyfriend had a free bottle of wine and free breakfast.

I would suggest this hotel for the location; it’s a cheap accommodation in central London, only 5 minutes from the tube station Gloucester Road. We could reach the main attractions, London Eye, Harrods, Hyde Park, South Kensington, etc. easily.
